Incrementalism and the Moral Imperative

History has shown that when an injustice is codified into law rarely is it ever overturned by one piece of legislation.  This article speaks about how incrementalism must be the moral imperative when seeking to outlaw abortion. It is obvious since the Roe and Doe decisions that abortion will not completely outlawed within the near future.  This article explains why incrementalism can lead to the good and becomes the moral imperative in light of this situation.
