Regnative Prudence and Pro-Life Legislation Part 1: The Heartbeat Bill and Abortion Bans

Lately, there has been some debate on whether Gov. John Kasich was acting morally when he vetoed Ohio's version of the Heartbeat Bill. There also has been some debate on whether various state legislatures should prohibit abortion outright and ignore the US Supreme Court ruling of Roe v. Wade.
