Father Gabriel Richard High School, a regional, comprehensive, co-ed Catholic high school in Ann Arbor, MI., whose mission is to form Disciples of Jesus Christ in an academic setting, is currently seeking a part-time (2 classes) Latin teacher for the 2017-2018 school year.
Applicants must be confident in teaching all levels of Latin from Latin I through Advanced Latin. For the 2017-2018 Academic Year, this position would be for one section of Latin I and one section of Latin II. In the following years, Latin III and AP Latin are envisioned to be added. Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher in Latin and have or be working towards a valid State of Michigan Teaching Certificate for Latin in grades 6-12. The applicant should be a practicing Catholic, who believes and is fully and firmly committed to the magisterial teachings of the Catholic Church.
